In the unified portal for online requests your personal data is processed in accordance with the RA Law on Personal Data Protection.The procedures of processing, storage and archiving of personal data are executed in accordance with the RA legislative acts, normative implementing legal acts, as well as the guideline of "Personal Data Processing by State Bodies" of the Personal Data Protection Agency of the RA Ministry of Justice. In case of sending an application, complaint, request or other letter (hereinafter referred to as a letter) through the unified portal for online requests (hereinafter referred to as the platform), the authorized body managing the platform receives data, which are required in the sample for submitting a letter according to the decision of Government of the RA N 1204-N of October 15, 2015, 6th point of Annex 1 on the regulation of “Registration, Classification or Storage of Information Delivered to or Processed by the Information Holder.” Thus, in case of submitting a letter "EKENG" CJSC receives the following information:

1. Name and surname of the applicant (name and address in case of a legal person)
2. Place of residence, work or education (address)
3. Citizenship
4. Phone number
5. E-mail

Your email address is used for sending you the tracking number of your letter, as well as notifications about its status. If the tracking number is not saved for some reason, the collected data will allow it to be restored. In case of identification on the platform, “EKENG” CJSC receives your Public Services Number (PSN) and registration address. The information you provide will be used solely for official or business purposes: it will not be used for personal or any other purpose. The collected data is used to provide descriptive statistics on the platform by processing de-identified data. The collected data is processed for the following purposes:

1. Improving the quality of service of the platform
2. Creating an internal database for information purposes
3. To understand how users use the platform as a group
4. Evaluate the effectiveness of the platform through statistical analysis
5. Identification and solution of possible problems
6. Increasing awareness of the information related to the platform

Your personal data is accessible to a limited number of employees determined by the job responsibilities regarding the processing of personal data. We use appropriate methods of data collection, storage, processing and take security measures to protect data from unauthorized intrusion, change, disclosure or destruction. When sending a letter to a state body, it is recommended to read the policy of the body on collection, processing and privacy of personal data. "EKENG" CJSC is not responsible for the policies of using personal data transferred to other bodies through the platform. If you think that your rights to personal data protection have been violated by any means, you can submit a corresponding application to the authorized body for personal data protection, i.e. the Personal Data Protection Agency of the RA Ministry of Justice.
